چکیده
In the exploration of meiofauna associated with sponges and corals in shallows Cuba, we investigated nine species (Demospongia), wherein 26 nematode were revealed. Most specimens (50–95% all individuals) sponge samples belonged to family Desmodoridae (order Desmodorida), followed by Chromadoridae Chromadorida). A major part is constituted genus Acanthopharynx. statistical morphometric analysis (principal component multidimensional scaling testing via similarities) revealed two close cohorts that differed size pharynx shape. Molecular genetic analyses (COI, 18S, 28S) also distinguished groups corresponded cohorts. Based on morphometry molecular genetics, larger-sized group was defined as Acanthopharynx micans (Eberth, 1873), while smaller-sized considered A. parva sp. n. light taxonomic review Acanthopharynx, emended generic diagnosis, annotated list ten valid species, from other its peculiar shape (gradually widened cardia), smaller body size, pattern precloacal organs.

Phylogenetic confirmation of the genus Robbea (Nematoda: Desmodoridae, Stilbonematinae) with the description of three new species
The Stilbonematinae are a monophyletic group of marine nematodes that are characterized by a coat of thiotrophic bacterial symbionts. Among the ten known genera of the Stilbonematinae, the genus Robbea Gerlach 1956 had a problematic taxonomic history of synonymizations and indications of polyphyletic origin. Here we describe three new species of the genus, R. hypermnestra sp. nov., R. ruetzleri...

Two new species of the family Enchelidiidae Filipjev, 1918 were collected from marine sediments near Maemul Island in South Korea: a new species of Abelbolla Huang & Zhang, 2004 and a new species of Ledovitia Filipjev, 1927. Abelbolla maemulensis sp. nov. is characterized by its small size (1,493 × 38 µm, body length × maximum body diameter); the presence of a circular amphid; the gubernacular ...

During a survey on the parasites of amphibians of Indonesia, toads (30 Bufo melanostictus) and 246 frogs (213 Fejervarya cancrivora, 11 F. limnocharis, 22 Rana macrodon from West Java and 68 F. cancrivora from Central Java) were examined for parasitic nematodes. Three species of nematodes were found and described, i.e. Meteterakis wonosoboensis n. sp. from Fejervaria cancrivora; Meteterakis jap...
